Heisler Park "Monument Point"

Monument Point at Heisler Park

The Veterans Monument in Heisler Park is located in Laguna Beach, which is one of the most beautiful places in Southern California. The rugged coastline of jagged rocks gives way to sandy beaches with easy stairway access just a short stroll either north or south.
